Established in May 2021 as AMJ's wholly-owned transport subsidiary, Blue Jay Logistics operates crude oil and chemical tankers under interstate hazmat authority across Texas and Louisiana.
Blue Jay is AMJ's dedicated crude and chemical fleet, sized to absorb monthly demand swings and deliver consistent take-away. The Q4 2025 chemicals division added paper-mill, energy, and mining customers.
